This is called a Wish Bottle! Many herbs, spices, and crystals are mixed, to have their unique magical properties more effective.
This bottle has salt, rosemary, rose-buds, marigold petals, catnip and chamomile. All sealed with a black wax for protection. This bottle is made to order, you can either tape your pets whisker, or a small puff of fur to the bottom. Mine has a whisker from each of my cats and they have been so happy and cuddly recently~
